Would not use this company again, sneaky underhanded practice, was lied to from day one to get me in a morgauge and a house they wanted to sell.. signed contract with two REALITORS one pro and one understudy. This was her first house i find out after the contract was signed never seen the expert always delt with the student and she was no help, I filed all my own paper work and delt with my morgauge company instead of my own realitor. Im telling you if you use this company you will feel the same way...watch out.. Also half the time my realitor tried to get me to go with a different bank which would have dropped my credit score even lower and would have gotten me a higher intrest rate. And after all that i find out the realitor for the people im buying house from was my realitors boss which explains why i got nothing i ask for at settlement. Like new roof paperwork, or info on the new windows, anything to say it was done and when.. Got nothing.. And when the township inspected house to let them sell it they had to fix sidewalk and curb before they could sell it my realitor tryed to get me to pay for half.. Im like are you freaken kidding me its not my house. He had to fix that or he couldnt put on the market the township made him do that not me.. And 3 days before settlement the 4th settlement date by the way.. They said house fell threw the bank needed me to have an extra 3 grand in my bank so i wasent moving in the house being broke.. After i put up 14 grand so far.. It wasent til my father and my credit union told them to screw themselves he was gonna give me the 100 grand cash to buy the property.or SUN EAST bank manager was gonna give me a check on the spot. Thats when the loan magically went threw 2 hours later.. There WAS so much more they did that was just down right WRONG.. I wouldnt have enough room to write it here..anyway if your buying a house.. Best advice hang in there it will be worth it... And dont give up there many options to get a house just keep your credit score above 620 and you can get a loan from any bank...good luck..😭
