I looked up a property I was familiar with. I was told it had been completely remodeled over the past year since it had been sold and was again, back on the market. I was anxious to see the house, but was rather shocked at the high price tag since I saw what the house originally went for. Now I really was curious about how much work must have warranted this price. The pictures submitted by this company did not show these changes. It did not show the 3 bedrooms, only the 1 main bath, not the Master bath. It did not show the back Screened in Back Porch. It did not show the backyard w/Storage Building. Other Properties show all these things. Other groups have better pictures and detailed pictures. Is it up to that particular Realtor assigned for that particular sale of that house to be responsible for the photos of the home which are posted? The house I was speaking of was listed for MONTHS! Could bad representation be the problem? This company has a good reputation. Maybe one with more experience should have been assigned or the owners should have looked and approved at the pictures published. If you have 2 baths, show both. If you have 3 bedrooms at least show the master and one to show the difference in size. If you have the screened in porch, it would be a great selling point; have sellers have it ready to photo. And what about that big back yard with that utility building? Yes, that's a great selling point too! Why 2 of the SAME pictures OF THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE? As I suggested before, maybe the owners of this group, should look at ALL THEIR LISTINGS GOING OUT ON INTERNET, TO MAKE SURE THE PROPERTY IS SHOWN AT IT'S BEST. This property originally at $145,000. These pics do not reflect. $169,500 Are there more pictures?
