Extremely disappointing service experience from associate broker Bruce Owens! Mr. Owens showed me a home in Midland; when I expressed interest in the home he disclosed there was an offer on the home but the prospective buyer was not qualified for full purchase price. He said he would keep me informed and let me know either way. When I didn't hear back from him I called to inquire and got a text message back saying "golfing, will call you back ASAP", that was 2 days ago! Since he is also the listing agent on this property, he seems to be neglecting both me and the seller.

Both my buyers agent and the sellers agent used Century 21. After a lengthy negotiation, involving the seller changing their mind, we agreed on a price; then they tried to bump the price back up $900 on the title work, and my agent either didn’t notice or pretended not to. I threw my hands up, and lost my deposit.

Bought a house Jan 2016 from realtor at Century 21 in Midland, Mi. Per our closing agreement, previous owner to pay any outstanding bills up to us moving in. Have notified Century 21 at least 4-5 times regarding an outstanding electric bill. It still hasn't been taken care of and now it has been added to MY winter tax bill. These are obviously realtors that don't care beyond your money and signatures

Put a bid on a house on breasbois ct in midland. Didn’t even get a chance to counter offer. Really disappointed in real estate. Offers full price could have done more if I knew there was a bid war. I feel I wasn’t given a fair chance.
