C21, specifically Dorthy, has helped us buy and sell a house within the last 7 years. Both transactions were so quick and easy. We moved out of area in May and listed our house at the end of the month. In a little over a week, we had a solid contract and closed in less than 2 months! We love Dorthy. She helped selling from afar go so smoothly. She's a wonderful person, her professionalism is top-notch and she goes above and beyond for her clients.

We were taken advantage of by our realtor. Were first time buyers/sellers and was charged extremely high rates in an effort to maximize their profits. There wasn’t any care or consideration given to us. They are very greedy and I would suggest using someone else. Anyone else!

They are so attentive and helpful... always available for a tour of a home even it is last min. I've never seen a office so organized and on the ball. Everyone is very friendly and want to help as much as possible. I feel the owners go above and beyond for their clients.

I'm only giving it 2 stars because the people were nice in person. I went to list my house and everything seemed fine.. until the realtor I spoke with never called me back and never made an effort to follow up or return my phone calls or texts. This in turn put my family and I a week behind on moving making everything more stressful. Because of this we decided to use a different realtor.
