If you see this company’s name on a house you are buying run, if Sharon Is involved in anyway RUN FASTER. She is a lieing manipulative disgusting excuse for a human being. She will lie cheat and do anything to cheat buyer’s out of money. She is rude and when meeting her at the appraisal she didn’t even have the common courtesy to introduce herself. Not to mention she has not right be at the appraisal anyway. She is non-responsive to buyers agents . Refuses to answer questions about listed properties . Aslo doesn’t know the difference between manufactured and a modular home This company is the absolute worst. Ran as far as you can from this company. Pathetic!
