The management is bad!! Very bad!! My house was on market for sale and went expired. Not sure how they got my number and their agent called. I explained that I already received tons of this kinda calls and am not interested. He didn't give up and continued to ask why the property didn't sell and other questions with demanding tone like he was entitled to the answers. When I refused to answer his questions he turned aggressively and started to be provocative. He even said non sense things like oh if i had a buyer you would have to deal with me and i can easily eat you up in the negotiation. At the end, i had to hang up on him to get rid of him. I called their office and asked to speak to the management. The receptionist said her manager, Julian will return my call as soon as she's available. so far I haven't received any calls from the management. Bad training and the management should have filtered their agents at interview or perhaps this is just their company culture. It was a harassment totally

The place is nice in plain site but of ur planning in renting an apartment from them make sure u inspect them right cuz the ones on denver ave L.A R FULL OF MOLD AND ARE FALLING APART ..ITS BEEN YEARS LIKE THAT AND ARE STILL IN THE SAME CONDITION NUTIN HAS BEEN FIXED AND THEY WANNA BE REALLY STRICT ABOUT IT AS IF THEY WERE LIKE NEW

Hello, I just finished my prelicensing course at this location. Getting ready prepare my DRE state exam. Most questions I have found similar to computer disk 88 exam and 150 questions. So if I make mistakes give you correct questions and I can start over exam do it again🤔.
