Real estate agents are often compared to insurance salesman or drug dealers. Many think that they are lowlifes who make a lot of money off of people's necessities. For most of my experiences will real estate agents and companies like that I would have to agree I've seen lies and theft and just outright criminal activity in these type of manners. But with that being said please note that I do not think that about century 21, there's nothing I have experienced here that's made me feel that way. ... Fifty out of five. Above and beyond. More than should be expected! I have fought for every dollar I have and I cut for every dime I spent I will use this company again.

These guys are just amazing. Went the extra mile for us. Got an amazing deal and kept us informed all throughout the process. Again thanks Barbara and Century 21 team.

Manager took half of the pay given to my realtor, without even stepping foot into my new home, nor did I even speak with the manager throughout the process. Shady dealings here and there. Cannot go into detail, but we have retained an attorney, and I will update this post as soon as our litigation is complete.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I just moved from out of state into a home in this area at the end of Dec 2019. The carpet was not cleaned at time of move in, the walls were not painted, and the toilet in the Master BR did not flush. This is just some of the immediate items noted. After performing a solo walk-thru in which additional items were noted, I was advised to place online maintenance requests to address these issues. I did that in early Jan 2020. It has been well over a month since these maintenance issues were filed online. Additionally, new online maintenance requests were filed in the interim to which the property manager/agency has not responded. I have reached out to this office several time via email as well as telephonically and to date (27 Feb 2020) have not heard back from this office on what their intent is to resolve these issues. I've been more than patient but this is now well past unprofessional and ridiculous. Please make this situation right. Update: In Dec 2020, I moved from the property. Roughly 75 days later, I received my security deposit ($1500.00) return from Century 21. The amount of the refund received was roughly $1100.00. The company provided a notation on the bottom of the check for carpet cleaning and deep cleaning. As noted from my prior review, this home had numerous issues including the fact that the home was not painted nor was the carpet cleaned upon occupancy. These issues have been thoroughly documented in various emails and highlighted on the move inspection form. Despite these facts, I was charged for both carpet cleaning and deep cleaning which were done upon vacating. The home was cleaner upon my departure than when I arrived. Arkansas law states charges may be applied when a tenant does 1)pay the rent 2) comply with the rental agreement. I followed the rules, paid rent on time and provided timely notice of my departure. The company is not allowed to charge me for normal wear and tear and may not charge for normal wear and tear. Again, I left this property in pristine condition and have not been provided evidence to the contrary.

Property Management: Amanda and Holly have been great. There have been several issues with the house due to weather. They contacted us immediately and let us know what was going on and the options available to us. The last incident dealt with poor work done by a contractor from our home warranty. Amanda and Holly were both engaged and visited the house to assist the tenants and kept us informed of the situation. Both were very professional and great to work with. With us being out of state, we feel comfortable with them managing our property. Thank you ladies for all the hard work.
