Received a letter today from Wendy Nash Hickman alerting me about all these annoying texts, letters, and calls I will be getting soon regarding the property of a recently passed loved one. Congrats, Wendy- you are my first! I assume because the estate attorneys just filed probate listing me as representative, Wendy took this opportunity to swoop in like a vulture under the guise of "taking this worry off me". For the record, this is family property that, if you'd done any research, you would have seen was in the same family for almost 70 years, and it will remain so. I guess you can't be that great a realtor if this is how you have to get business.

Deb Osborne was our realtor , and she was fantastic . Myself and my sisters live in Illinois and we needed to sell our mothers home in Florida , Deb made it so easy on a long distance sale . She also went above and beyond to make the process so easy and fast .

I can only describe Wendy Nash-Hickman from this agency as unethical.

During the great period of home demand post-covid (April 2022), they sold us a house from a real estate investor, Eduardo Gonzalez, that presented as a completely updated home. The home’s electrical system isn’t working properly. Buyer beware. Strong demand doesn’t eliminate ethics.
