I called a agent of this firm no answer, I emailed no reply, I called the main office and left a message for that agent. NO RESPONSE. Obviously too much work ,they do not need my business. Knowing the personal reputation of one of the brokers I should have known. I just checked the recently sold real estate listings. The two propeirties I was interested in sold for less than fifty percent of the asking prices. I was prepared to pay cash and more than the price realized.The seller should know due to the unprofessional behavior they lost money.

Lorraine Epperson is the best realtor in our area! Shes been like a gaurdian angel helpng us find a house after an unexpected emergency struck. A blessing indeed. Dishonest broker (Kenny Meyer). Shifty business practices. Would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Avoid listings by this broker, and definitely don't use them for a purchase.
