CENTURY 21 Northland - Gladwin

I contacted Century 21 yesterday looking to find a buyers agent to partner with. We were assigned to Nick McNamara. His phone presence leaves much to be desired, and he seems to be very fond of talking over you, especially after asking you a question. I decided to let that slide and carry on with my attempt to find a buyers agent to work with and scheduled a showing for 7pm tonight. We were to meet Nick at the property. I messaged him at 6:55pm that we were there. At 7:13 he finally messaged back that he would be there in "15 minutes" and that he lost track of time "working on his boat". This is your job, dude. Grow up and set an alarm for when you need to get ready to go when you have something on the schedule. We're not going to sit around waiting an extra 30 minutes past our showing time because you can't be responsible - especially not after a poor first impression on the phone. We'll be looking elsewhere for a buyer's agent.

Nick was great to work with. He made the entire process of selling our cabin so simple and stress free. Would highly recommend him!
