Link Realty managed a house I rented for the last 3 years. They were awesome! Very attentive to my needs. It was easy to report repairs & get them to done. I will use them again when I decide to buy a home. I highly recommend them.

A great company that cares about their agents and does the most to help them succeed. Not many brokerages have a broker and a sales manager that are as involved as Lillian and Jeff.

They managed my apartment that I had rented for 14 months. There was an accounting issue with their office at one point and they recorded my electronic check late. I was treated with disdain until I conferenced the bank who informed them that the check was sent to them like it had several times before. I had reported several issues with the apartment including issues left over from the previous tenants. Very little was done to renovate the apartment prior to my stay. When it came time to leave the landlord then charged me for renovation that the previous tenants should have been responsible for. I was very disappointed as I was a great tenant for over a year. Caveat Emptor.

We were going to rent a unit from Link Realty and had a really nice agent (only part about this process that was good was her). Afterwards we decided to pay the app fee 50$ each for a total of 100$ for me and my wife. We were told it was a soft pull on our credit and would not affect our credit (lie number 1). We were also told the app fee would hold the place for a few days till we were notified about getting the place or not (lie number 2) and they rented it to someone else 2 days later, fyi we were informed later that 2nd day we didnt get the place. Me and my wife beleive because we wanted a move in date that was at the end of the month(4 weeks away) and the other applicant wanted to move in right away that they choose them, in part because our credit was not bad so why else would we get declined? They are not very trustworthy and I wanted to warn others. We will always inform our friends and relatives about this place and never do business with them ever!
