I rented from this company, and thought everything was okay. Until we decided Not to resign our lease due to the price going up, which is understandable but the home was not worth that price! I have lost all respect for this company when I received the detailed breakdown of why I did not get my deposit back in full. The charges were ridiculous! $25 to remove a tire swing, $140 to mow the grass, which was mowed the DAY BEFORE I turned the keys in, almost $260 to clean the home after landlord stated no cleaning was necessary. Like that is ridiculous!! Then, almost $300 due to 3 bedrooms carpet not being "professionally cleaned" which was stated in lease and WAS NOT anywhere listed that I was responsible for that!! I know for fact, our property would not even cost over $50 to mow because the back yard is complete sand. The cleaning fee? outrageous. All I can say, not to let rental companies take advantage of you! Especially when the home is not up to date, has horrible leaking issues, and more!! I am livid with how this was handled.

I rented from this agency for nearly four years under the Property Manager of Michelle Kelly. I am normally not a complainer but will do what it takes to get alone by simply treating others the way I want to be treated. If I could rate this manage below 1 I would. She was the absolute worst. During my time of rent if I needed any repairs done in a timely manner, I would have to call the owner who was an exceptional guy. On one occasion just before the holidays the refrigerator stop working, Michelle sent me a text and said to get a cooler. When I called the owners within hours he was working on a replacement. Upon exiting the property Michelle told the owner that I left the place in excellent condition but yet she took $400.00 of my deposit for merely walking on the carpet for nearly four years. There are so many more horror stories of dealing with Ms Kelly. The absolute worst of maniipulating tenants of the fund and failure to uphold her responsibilities. Because of this I would never rent or reccomend anyone to this agency.

We love David Hailey, he went above and beyond to find the perfect house for us! He made it fun and exciting! I highly recommend using him!
