Unethical and unprofessional. Nancy Kleinknecht (Realtor), Kristen Johnson (Broker), John Beutler (Owner), and Joe (President) are all unscrupulous individuals who have been reported to Idaho Realtor Commission, Realtor Board of Idaho, and the Office of the Attorney General for their viscous attack on me. I wanted to "cancel the listing" of a $125K mobile home because of Nancy Klienknecht's amateurish handling of the property. Instead of handling this is a professional manner and honoring their own Contract terms, John Beutler called me into the office for a meeting to discuss this. Instead of a meeting between John Beutler, Kristen Johnson and myself (as I was led to believe), there was also Nancy Kleinknect and Joe (the President). I was in there solely representing myself and had these 4 bullies improperly attacking me about my wanting the listing canceled. For 30 minutes (as I kept my cool), I was verbally ambushed by all four of these employees. They were relentless in their attacks upon me. Their comments were hostile, confrontational, belligerent, combative and bitter. I left there with the understanding that I was going to have to hire legal representation to assist me with getting the Contract canceled. I urge anyone seeking to list their property to stay "free and clear" from this agency. Very antagonistic group.

I am absolutely sickened at the way this firm is acting. John Beutler,Joe (president) Broker Kristen Johnson and agent Nancy Kleinkencht should be ashamed at the way they treated a friend of mine today. I believe in laying it all out for the public to see. Nancy has had a listing of a mobile home in oak crest. The gentleman who had listed it tried to commit suicide and ended up in Seattle and from the major hospital has been placed in a care facility. Nancy has been nothing but unprofessional to my friend who is the gentlemans power of attorney. When the gentleman was in Seattle they made my friend get poa so they had someone to make medical decisions and ultimately all decisions for him as he is unable mentally. Since Nancy has been unprofessional said friend POA has asked for the listing to be canceled to no avail. She reached out to the broker to get it canceled and still nothing. Today my friend was cornered in an office with the 4 aforementioned and bullied. They called her a liar, accused her of lying about being his POA(even with proof) and stealing his money. My friend is deeply distraught and traumatized from today's event. This firm is fighting canceling a listing worth at most $127k. They are bullies and unprofessional. We will be taking this to the board of realtors and have already contacted an attorney. I will make sure every single place I can leave a review I will,since my friend can not. I will not back down from this fight.

I worked with Kira Kelly of this office to sell an estate property. I selected Kira after interviewing 3 local real estate agents. I feel that Kira fairly priced the property. She was of great assistance in preparing the property for sale, which was invaluable to us.. We were out of state sellers, she kept us up to date on progress as well keeping an eye on the property for us. We really appreciated Kira's professionalism and commitment.
