Horrible experience, I was interested in a property located on Monte Vista Dr. in San Bernardino. My agent who I know is very efficient contacted the agent Mr. Gaxiola several times to get me into the property, the agent even sent a video apologizing that he was not able to get us into the property. This happened the two times we came to the San Bernardino area from Altadena and now all of a sudden there is an accepted offer on the property the agent could not get us into. The agent never even disclosed to my agent that there was an offer or even a negotiation or else I would have submitted an offer. Even though the agent does not have to technically disclose this information this is common courtesy and in the best interest of his client who could have received the benefit of multiple offers. I tried to explain this to Richard Estrada, general manager, who actually admitted that it was not right then he tried to find an excuse to blame me or my agent for not submitting an offer subject to. I found this to be a said reflection and attempt to avoid accountability for a communication error made on behalf of his agent. I have been in real estate for 30 plus years and would not recommend this brokerage.

Jose Trujillo is shady. I had a cash offer for The buyer’s agent Jose and jose decided to move forward to his customer. No counter offer, never reply to my text. He doesn’t know how to represent his client, just want to make more money from both side.

Beautiful Office! Our Agent Marilyn Martinez was the best! Very professional & elegant agent! I loved that she spoke Spanish too and got our house sold fast. I recommend if you want a good agent you ask for Marilyn Martinez!
