I wanted to leave a wonderful reveiw for Kirby Harrell because she was exceptional real estate agent! She not only showed us the houses in our price range but also gave us excellent advise. She knows Hattiesburg real estate. She's a good choice!

Agent Braden Witcher was an excellent agent. Unfortunately, the company failed to make the same impression. Hopefully, this will be as objective as possible, seeing this has been going on since June 2, 2021 and it is now September 23, 2021 (almost 4 months later). Two earnest money checks were sent to Century 21 (one certified, the other a regular check). Century 21 appears to be saying that they have not deposited both checks into their account. If this is true, then the solution is simple: return the check to is that you did NOT cash. This is a very easy solution. They refuse to hand me an uncashed/undeposited check, which brings us to today. The lending institution that we use provided copies of the checks showing they Century 21 presented the checks to their bank (Priority 1). The problem: They neither applied both checks to our closing nor did they return the deposit money. No client should have to continue to harassed to bear the burden of proof for their own money nearly four months after the incident occurred. Once again, if they believe they did not collect funds from the check, they should simply return one of the checks to us. This has not happened. Any basic business person could easily identify that 2 checks were deposited to their accounts. All their accountant has to do is to check his debits (to cash) and the liabilities payables. Clearly, there will be an extra liability for one of the checks still on their books. Century 21, to our knowledge has not done this. They are still asking for more "proof" and it appears they not willing to do the legwork on their end to match our effort. There is nothing else to ask for after sending them evidence produced by our bank, including the actual checks that they cashed with their approval stamped on the check. This has been ongoing since June 2 2021, when the check was cashed. I would advise anyone to stay clear. And no, there is no need to "come in for a discussion" nor to provide extra evidence. We only asked that they review their books. One could easily catch this by just reviewing the trial balance at the end of the second quarter, (2 debits to cash and two liabilities were initially recorded; one would have been reversed leaving them with one entry). I suppose (but cannot confirm) that earnest money is below materiality, so there appears to be no sense of urgency. Working with Braden was pleasurable. I wish I could have said the same for Century 21. Tp put things in perspective, the same exact thing happened with Luckett Land Title. They immediately returned the overpayment. They did not require us to jump through the hoops that Century 21 is requiring for our own money.

Man these people are full of greed. Make sure you look at your paperwork carefully. These people sold a house for $20k and racked in almost $4k on this transaction. They are very inconsiderate of any situation. All they care about is making their pockets fatter without barely doing any work. Not fair to anyone.
