It has been a pleasure to rent housing with Ron from Century 21 Alliance this past year. From right when we first started looking for housing, he and his team were super helpful going above and beyond trying to meet our needs for rental housing with multiple bedrooms within a certain distance from where my husbands work is. After renting he made sure we got any requests/repairs met in a timely fashion to the best of his ability and was very attentive to detail during the move out process. We had a great experience with C21 Alliance managing a rental property for us. Ron has been with us for years and he was awesome! Very attentive to needs of the renters and communicated with us immediately if things needed to be done which I'm sure was a plus for the renters as well. Century 21 and Ron Yount have been nothing but professional. They are honest, reliable, answer emails, return phone calls, and are absolutely on top of things. Ron has managed our family’s property for several years. When there were issues that needed to be addressed, with repairs, etc.. he was always very communicative. Ron recently managed a renovation for us while we were out of state. He is very keen about design selection, and has good relationships with the local vendors. He helped us navigate timelines, vendor selection, perspective on design, and assisted with being our eyes and ears when we were away. He performed a stellar job and managed the renovation and stayed to budget. Property management companies sometimes get a bad rap. From experience, I can attest to the good ones and the bad ones. Century 21 is one of the good ones.
