Rude staff both in person and on the phone! Took in a sliding patio screen for repair had taken over 8 weeks and I had to call and call and call to finally get it done. Store is well stocked and immaculate too bad it’s understaffed and NOT very customer friendly at all. Sad sad sad!

This place is the worst. Nothing ever in stock that you need, not to mention the lack of customer service. I never leave reviews, but when you give a place 5 tries and leave empty handed each time, it's time to let others know.

Mike in grills is one of the best folks you can ever work with. I walked in asking for a 20 dollar grill part, he was all over the request and called 4 different stores to make sure he can get the part for me. Barbecue saved thanks to Bob & Mikeeeeee!!!!

New store layout is Great!!! If u haven’t been there in awhile it is worth to visit. Easier to find things!

Extremely helpful! Old school take your time helping hand with gentlemen trying to assist me in snowblower gasket amongst guiding me to many other items... just before the 7 inch storm!
