We have purchased 2 vehicles from here Denali and a Escalade and are salesperson is always super informative and helpful. The service center is always super busy but works very efficiently. Will have my business from now on.

It's encouraging to see that business' owners invest in their infrastructure for the sake of a better customer experience. Kudos for this car dealer.

Terrible, they are not interested in selling cars, one salesman for 3 waiting clients, and to make matters worse they do not have the courtesy to call back to see if you are still interested. I left my phone so they could call me later since I didn't want to wait (it wasn't worth the wait because they didn't have the car I was looking for on display) and I think they had little interest in selling (after 2 weeks), they would have to give me the Come back again to see if your advisors are now available.

My truck has been in the service shop for 2 weeks and they still haven't given me a final diagnosis of my vehicle's problem I only know that the transmission failed 😔

I will never ever take my truck to that agency again. The first time was for a major maintenance service, they charged me almost 18,000 and it took almost a week, they told me that the control of the electric mirrors did not work and that is why sometimes they did not move, they changed it for a new one and the problem persisted. In summary it was a short that I had in a mirror that when water entered it failed, an electrician charged me 100 pesos to fix it. The second time was to change the oil, after 2 hours they call me to tell me that the water pump and the two front forks need to be changed and they give me a quote of 56,000!!. When I asked for an explanation of how they detected that I needed this service, they did not know how to tell me and they shielded themselves with "this is what the workshop told me and they are the codes that the scanner gave me" I asked them to give me or show me the result of the scanner and they did not want. I took the truck to another shop for a 2nd and 3rd service and they did not determine that any change from what was mentioned at the dealership was necessary.
