My mother has worked with Mike several times over the years. She's 86 and has needed help with selection, installation, batteries for the remote shades, etc. He has always been patient and responsive. He's even worked with other Budget Blinds stores to make she she gets what she needs. Highly recommend!

LOVE the shades from BBW in my sunroom and kitchen. Keeps the rooms cool in summer and I can still see the woods behind my house through them. Mike (owner/salesman) and Nick (installer) are good people to have in your home.

Mike is super knowledgeable on his products. He stays strong to his word. He doesn't waste time, always on time. I just had wooden shutters installed 3 months ago.
