Hilary was wonderful to work with. The installer was prompt and detail oriented. One little hiccup was addressed and fixed quickly and we are beyond satisfied! Great product and great service all around.

I've had a great experience with Budget Blinds. Michael was able to provide me a quote on new blinds for my entire house right away. As soon as the blind arrived, Ricky scheduled a date to install the blinds, while he was at my house he was very kind and courteous and did the job quickly. The blinds look so beautiful, they made a huge difference in my home.

Well, my story is similar to others I see here in reviews. We had Michael come out and he sent us a quote. I asked a few questions for clarification and was set to go with the quote mostly. Communication completely stopped and I have heard no responses to my requests. Even if he called me now it would be a no for me.

Mike came to our home for a design consultation and was able to provide good suggestions based on our needs and budget. We received the quote a few days later and replied with a couple of clarifying questions (color, one window that we discussed but was missing from the quote, etc.), but have not gotten any communication since. I have tried emailing and calling and have gotten no reply for over 3 weeks. I don't know what happened for the communication to be so poor, but it is very frustrating and unprofessional. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
