Budget Blinds of Prairie Village and Olathe

Jennifer is very friendly and so fair to her customers. I had her out a couple of years ago and was so pleased so had her out 12-13-23 to ask her about some things and she was so very helpful 😊

This budget blinds location deserves 10 stars. We used Budget Blinds to do our windows and outdoor patio when we moved into our house. Jenn was fantastic to work with and is excellent at communication. We were also pleasantly surprised with the quality of our shades. I prefer the Roman blinds we ordered through Budget Blinds over the custom ones we had made through our interior designer. After a year, one of our Roman shades started fraying; I contacted Jenn and she immediately took care of it. The excellent customer service and a company that is willing to back up their products has my loyalty. We will definitely use them again for any of our window treatment needs!

If you need blinds, shades or drapes, look no further. We reached out to Budget Blinds of PV and Olathe based upon the positive reviews we had read. Jennifer came out and measured our windows, made recommendations, and coverings were installed shortly thereafter. We had a couple of glitches after the installation, and they were resolved immediately at no extra cost. This company and owner are a rare bread; they stand by their work and value their reputation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I am thrilled with our new window treatments! We recently purchased a new home and were at a loss with how to cover so many large windows (something we love but also needed some privacy from neighbors). Jennifer was friendly, helpful and honest. I truly appreciated her guidance and patience as I explored all of the possibilities. Throughout the process, Jennifer or Trudy quickly answered all questions and talked through different options. Jennifer was conscious of budget along the way as well. Installation was quick and wonderfully done. We look forward to working with Budget Blinds in the future.
