Budget Blinds of Lee's Summit

Have used Budget Blinds 3 times since moving into our new home a year ago. Every project has turned out exactly as ordered - no issues. With her experience and expertise Taylor has been a dream to work with, making style and color selections super easy. Always on time. Reasonably priced for custom work. Never a problem with installations. Superior customer service. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Budget Blinds. From the initial appointment with Morgan to install with Ryan, everything was efficient and professional. All the steps were laid out and expectations met. Communication was great!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! This company was a total waste of my time. I should've listened to the "red flag" when my consultantation appointment didn't take place as scheduled. No one showed up! When I called them after waiting a 1/2 hour on the day of my original appointment, I was told I didn't even have an appointment scheduled by the person who actually scheduled my appointment. I was given an apology for the "computer error!" From there, NOTHING got better! Extremely poor customer service. It took 2 1/2 months of back and forth only to find out NOTHING was ever accomplished. In my opinion, and based on how I was treated, if you're not spending thousands of dollars with them, then you're not valued. Also, do not believe it when they use the term "additional discounts!" You'll be waiting forever! When I requested to SPEAK to the owner, she sent me a TEXT telling me I would be "better served going to a big box store or DIY." I was not even given the professional respect of a PHONE CALL from her after she was fully aware of ALL my concerns and the unfortunate things that transpired from day one of me contacting Budget Blinds. NEVER AGAIN, will I consider or even refer ANYONE to Budget Blinds based on my HORRIBLE experience with them.

I just finished a new construction home and was very impressed with the ease and speed of working with Budget Blinds. They were very competitive on pricing and helpful with the design. The installer was in and out of my house very quickly and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Kent brought every sample imaginable because initially we weren't sure what we wanted. He explained options thoroughly including both the pros and cons. After we decided, he measured and ordered our shutters. When they arrived, Tallon (Talon) called and scheduled an installation time and was here promptly. He installed our plantation shutters efficiently and expertly and our house is so bright and looks amazing. Working with Budget Blinds was a pleasure and I highly recommend them.
