From how quickly they came out for an estimate to the professional and efficient process to get them ordered, delivered and installed. It was an above and beyond experience. We ordered new blinds to compliment our new home before our wedding day. We didn't expect them to come in on time, however behind the scenes, this team worked very hard to get our big (full home) order installed before our big day. We are so pleased with the service, quality and affordable prices. Installation was impressive left walls looking beautiful, even cleaned the hard to reach window seals. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to support a local, small business. Thank you budget blinds, very much for making our special day that much more beautiful.

I work for TopGolf, and we had an issue with our old blinds, the clutch went out on our blinds and there were some tears in them from over time. I reached out and spoke to Dale who took care of everything for me. He worked with the Manufacture to get our entire blinds replaced under warranty and come out to replace them for us as well. They were quick to take out the old blinds and installed the new ones, so it didn't affect our guests while we were open. It was easy and seamless experience, and I will be happy to work with them again.
The employees have been extremely accommodating and helpful, able to give quotes on multiple products along with quality recommendations. They returned multiple times to correct issues, not installation but product issues including some safety features that are probably made too safe. I have been happy since. They carry top quality products and a very extensive vendor show room. Expensive, but everything is right now.
We purchased a new home in Placitas and arranged to meet with Antony. He made excellent recommendations and came up with a several creative solutions. Ordered 20 Lutron motorized shades Mid Dec 2021 and installed by Anthony in early March 2022. All worked and looked perfect! One minor programming issue and Anthony promptly arrived the very next morning and resolved. We could not be happier with professional and prompt service proved by Anthony.
Purchased 3 motorized blinds, in June 2021, normal delays in this pandemic time, not fault of company. Installation was fine, however one blind failed and was partially diagonal in window. It was replaced and has been fine. Ordered two more for front windows the last of Aug 2021, installed 11/9/2021. One of them failed with a similar diagonal problem as the first failure, during normal operation. Replacement part/unit supposedly ordered in late December 2021 after technician arrived and worked on blind. As of 21 Apr 2022 Budget Blinds of Rio Rancho has no clue/records of what happened or why replacements have not been ordered or received. Failure rate of 40% of products and $2200.00 spent on these blinds is totally unacceptable but can't get anyone from business to respond and rectify this situation. Their statement of tremendous customer service is worse than a bad joke.
