I love the instructor, Olivia! My Daughter can get too excited forgetting to listen, but Olivia is so patient and kindly redirects her to get back on track. My Daughter always has a hard time leaving at the end of each lesson!

“We love British Swim School! All of the coaches and staff are not only excellent instructors but are great with navigating all of the challenges that come a long with teaching a preschooler how to swim. We started swim lessons to learn how to be safe near the water but have continued because she has really grown to love it thanks to her instructors.„

Our 6 year old son has been going to British Swim School for 2 years. He has progressed from learning to float and survival skills to learning the advanced butterfly and breast strokes. We’ve been doing private lessons for a while now, but the group classes are great too and there are only 4 kids in a class. The coaches and management communicate well and so are patient and friendly. Our son is so strong in the water and we thank British Swim School for his success!

We have used this swim school for 2 years now. It started out fine... A bit boring and repetitive in their lessons. The one time we really liked this class was when the director came down to train staff, and for the very first time we were asked what our child NEEDED to work on. Such a simple question but it was absolutely appreciated since their staff never had. That was over a year ago. My 3 year old still can’t even float. Every single class is the same 3 moves. The teachers are wrong and awkward with the young age group. Their only saving grace was one teacher named Kendall but she left. We stayed with it in hopes something might prevail. Our final straw was recently they sent out an email and said they were soOoOo impressed with their staff that they’re giving them raises. So that meant that we had to go from paying $100 a month to $147. An almost 50% markup!!!! I’m sorry but if you’re giving out raises, it’s not up to your clientele to pay it. Conclusion: -repetitive classes -teachers aren’t good with young children/toddlers. -now, overpriced for what they are. -ineffectual

We’ve had a great experience with British Swim School for my 3 children of different ages and swimming skills. I appreciate that there are clearly spelled out milestones in each class to build skills needed to continue improving safety and/or technique. It’s also a fun environment and my kids really enjoy going to swim lessons!
