My son absolutely loves the water but was crying inconsolably during their classes. We had a different instructor every class so he never formed a bond of trust with anyone. The instructors would never tell him what they were going to do or ask for his help in going under the water. He would have willing put his head under if they had asked. Also when I canceled our membership they wanted to charge my card for the next month even though we only attended 3 classes the prior month. After talking to the manager they agreed to not charge us. Beware of giving them your credit card.
