British Swim School at Fairfield Inn & Suites – Austin-Parmer-Tech Ridge

I really enjoy working here! The kids are always great to work with and although this is one of the smaller locations it’s always fun to come and be able to teach as many classes as we can. The management is always on top of everything and willing to help out as much as possible which makes the experience even better and more beneficial. I definitely recommend if you’re in the area and needing to learn to swim!

We had a great few years with British Swim and unfortunately are only leaving because we’ve moved. I’ve seen a huge improvement with my children. My daughter went from screaming on the edge to allllmost perfecting her freestyle. Keith in the office always picks up on the first ring, and is super friendly and easy to schedule makeups with. The owners also are frequently at the pool and are easy to get a hold of and chat too. We’ve had numerous teachers in our years there but Shelby stood out as being on top of things and really pinpointing what the kids need to work on. We’re moving to the Cedar Park location and I hope they’re just as good.

I had very bad experience with this location. They said they do make up classes but don’t have much option on other schedules other than the session I was attending.No refund for makeup classes as well neither they wanted to work out with make up schedules. pool is really dirty , very small and six people swimming at one session. Always bumping into others in pool since too many people in small pool. I wound not recommend this location at all.

I had bad experience with this company, because they suspend classes with short notice and too frequently. Make up classes have and expiration date and not enough classes available. If feels like more classes get cancelled then they are teaching.
