Bright Ideas Enrichment Center - Bryant

The area director is racist, doesn’t truly care about the children there, has teachers who will have a case opened up against them but will still be allowed to work there. This location needs someone to go in and apply cameras so teachers and directors can be held accountable for their actions. When you speak out about it they will fire you on spot without a thought about it. Area director is EXTREMELY disrespectful towards staff. Will get in their faces yelling at them, refusing to allow them to use the restroom, will not help in classrooms even if the teacher is begging.

We absolutely love Bright Ideas! They love my child like he is one of their own and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in Bryant!

My son started at Bright Ideas at 13 months old after staying home with me for the first year of his life. It was a tough transition for both of us simply because of the closeness we were used to throughout each day, but his teacher and the staff were wonderful. I had heard bad stories about daycare centers in general, but never found any of them to ring true here. His first teacher, Mrs. Marie was absolutely fantastic. You can tell she is doing what she loves to do every day. My son did get upset for several weeks at drop off simply because of the newness and separation but they were kind enough to let me call or email the director and check in on him any time. Of course there are bumps (literally) along the way but he gets those at home too :) and I have never felt he was being mistreated at all. They really care about these kids and I can see huge progress in his speech and social skills. Between 18 and 24 months he moved classes to Ms. Rachel and she has been just as wonderful as his previous teacher. She regularly updates me on his progress, how his day was, and what they are learning as a class. The teachers' assistants are happy and seem to really connect with the kids and enjoy their time with them as well. I know everyone here works very hard and am so glad my son has met caring, trustworthy adults besides family. Besides the trustworthy teachers and staff, the best tool this center has to offer is their new app allowing parents to see daily reports, make notes about how your child slept the night before, ate, used the bathroom, medications, etc. and the best part....seeing pictures of my baby enjoying his day at school while I'm at work. We have just entered the stage of potty training and I know he is making progress not just at home but at school and probably was more familiar with the concept because of his time at school.

Both of my children attend here and love it. Ms. Marie, Ms Rachel, Ms Amanda, Ms Allison, and Ms Beebee have been their teachers so far and all of them have been absolutely amazing. The director, Ms Heather is always ready to help and answer questions. They are also one of the very few places that will accommodate schedule that regularly require less than 5 day weeks. In the past year they have gotten new playground equipment and areas (the 1-2 year old area is so fun and safe) and this week they started using Tadpole app which is great for keeping up with my babies school activities. We attend most of their holiday functions and enjoy the casual and friendly atmosphere. This place was recommended to me by a friend whose child attends, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a safe, fun, and very academically geared daycare.

I love this facility!!! I moved my daughter to this center a few months ago and we love it. The ladies there made the transition from her old daycare very smooth. Welcomed her with open arms. They love on her and spoil her like she's their very own. I couldn't ask for better care outside the home.
