Had an amazing experience! Loved the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. The owner was extremely nice and explained the surcharge for longer/thicker hair. She gave me the option to upgrade to the Organic Brazilian Blowout and I don't regret it. Pedro was my stylist - he is phenomenal! He did an amazing job! I love my hair - it's silky and smooth. The whole experience was great - everything was explained, transparent and executed in a beautiful way! Will be back! Thank you

Found this salon on Groupon because I was looking for a new place and will always take advantage of a first time deal. Deise did all over color on my hair and when I got home I noticed that the dye was not placed/timed correctly from the top down (my roots are lighter due to sun/hot water washing etc) and it turned out splotchy. I called to let them know that it was not done correctly and to have them look at it to see how it could be fixed. The tone and treatment I received on the phone was astonishing. I have never been spoken to this way by a business and the fact that she got so defensive, and also blatantly pointed out that I was a Groupon customer, makes me feel like I was an unimportant client. She said that they don’t offer fixing to Groupon users. I’m sorry, WHAT?! If you’re going to belittle clientele for using your deal offers then maybe don’t offer them?? Lol what a joke of a business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this salon at all costs.

This is the ONE AND ONLY place to get a blowout! My hair is PERFECT every single time. They are kind, professional and quick! They can even blow out your hair without ever needing to use a curling iron. These are top trained stylists from Brazil and they care about making their clients beautiful! Just my FAVORITE place to go. Always fast too - under an hour.

I love this Blow Dry Bar! It is the only Brasilian Blow dry bar in Los Angeles. I have really thick hair & Paulo does such an amazing job getting my hair very straight and soft without having to use too much heat. He is very patient and kind, an amazing hair stylist, and definitely an expert at his work. I most recently had my first Brazilian Keratin treatment and I’m so happy with my results. I will always come back to Paulo & Brazilian Blow Dry Bar to help with the care of my hair.
