Excellent bank, attentive manager, quick responses, meets account holder's needs.

I removed a provisional card due to the cancellation of the original card. This card was to be used for debit purposes, but it didn't work, I went back to the branch to ask questions, I was told that it was only used to withdraw money from an ATM, but to my surprise when using the card at an ATM I discovered that the card was cancelled.

I had a good experience with the bank. They guided me and informed me very well, and I managed to solve my things. The system could be more practical and better.

My cell phone was damaged and I lost the access key. I'm in Ireland and I don't have access to Bradesco. So I contacted easy phone and they were unable to generate the new key. I contacted manager Diceli (my account manager) via WhatsApp and she asked me for my details. I thought she was going to help me but after she took my data, she just viewed it and didn't even say Hi. I'm so angry with this Bank and these professionals who don't give the customer the necessary support. Why do they invent this access key if they can't change it while I'm out of the country? Will I have to go back to Brazil just to go to the Bradesco branch so they can register the key on my cell phone and check if I am the owner of the account? Total outrage.

The agency is well located, the bad thing is that it does not have any identification other than this external sign. The agency is under this church, in the former HSBC. I arrived early to open a salary account and they said that they only open 10 accounts of this type per day, so anyone who wants this service has to arrive very early. Furthermore, the response time is average.
