Mediocre service. They try to make a fool of the customer if they are uninformed. They create difficulty in everything. My wife went to withdraw her salary, they said that withdrawal was not allowed, only transfer, upon payment of a fee. When transferring, they said they couldn't because the account, despite it, was joint. When I went to the place to help, they said I couldn't enter the bank. Only after threatening to create confusion (there's no point in conversation) did they allow me entry and quickly the looting, which was not allowed, began to be. I hope I never have to step foot on that bench again.
