I had a Custom Look - Up Do service here for my engagement photos and I loved it! The half up-do was amazing, and the stylist added the hair accessories I brought in. My hair never stays curled, and this style stayed all day. I highly recommend this location.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. They do not value a customers time what so ever. I made an appointment and they text me 3 days before to switch my appointment by 15 minutes. I could not accommodate this request and let them know. When I arrived at my appointment, what a surprise to find out my stylist was not ready. She said about 5-10 minutes. Fast forward to, shocker, it’s the time she wanted me to change the appointment too and she still was not ready. At this point, the stylist is saying another 10-15 minutes. I know they don’t care I am on a lunch break, but the stylist is smiling in my fave as she cancels my appointment. Wow. Just wow. I spoke with the manager and all she could say was, people arrive late and delay us. I will taking my business here and at other locations in other states elsewhere. I value peoples time. They don’t.

I paid extra for a head massage, which I don’t think I got. If I did, I blinked and missed it. I came for a blow out and didn't get a blow out. The stylist finger dried my hair. She dried my hair flat and then curled it. Definitely not worth $75. I had to wash my hair and start over when I got home. I gave them two stars because everyone was really nice.

Allen location - first timer and had a wonderful experience. I left relaxed and my hair looked amazing! Will definitely come back when I visit texas again.

Disregard their bad reviews. They are from time of previous owner. Three of us had blowouts today and their service was great. They were on time and our stylist Ms Gabbi was a professional. Even though they were busy they accommodated us and gave us timely service. Front desk girls were courteous and pleasant.
