Do not go here if you want your makeup done. I had my engagement photos booked for this afternoon and scheduled a hair and makeup appointment one month in advance. When it got time for my makeup one girl said she doesn’t know how to color match shades to skin (red flag for a makeup artist?). Another girl said she doesn’t know how to do full coverage, only does eyelashes. I wasn’t able to get my makeup done for such an jumper at day and I don’t have time to go elsewhere before the shoot. Clearly they shouldn’t be advertising makeup services. Extremely disappointing and I will not be going back here.

Pleased with management! I originally wrote a negative review due to the customer service I received. The owner personally called me to rectify the problem. Excellent attention to detail. I'm very appreciative and feel they are an upstanding business with morals. The stylist did a great job too!

We had a bridal party of 8 come in for hair and makeup and we had the best time at Blo! We were all done with time to spare for later in the wedding day, all the stylists were amazing, and we all looked fabulous! We appreciate everyone there being a part of my best friend’s best day. ❤️❤️❤️

Wanted to get my hair done for family photos and called to book something 2 months in advance since I needed a specific time. Tried calling twice during business hours and no one answered, so made an appointment via their website. Received an email confirming my appointment. They called a couple days later to ask if I could come in 2 hours later than what I had booked, which I had to let them know I couldn't do and they said that was OK, so I was relieved. Then 3 weeks later they called again to say they couldn't do my appointment unless I came 2 hours later, which as I had already told them I could not do, so ended up with no appointment. Wish there had been better communication and more notice so I had a chance of finding another appointment elsewhere. No apology from them. Disappointed with this experience.
