I made an appointment late ion Sunday, for Monday at 12:45pm. I got there 20 minutes early and Nicki was able to start on me right away. She asked plenty of questions about how I liked my hair and how I wanted to look when I left. The head massage was very relaxing and my hair was exactly like I wanted. Highly recommend.

I went to to this place because I wanted a nice hairstyle for my engagement photos. When I first book this app I told them I wanted the Hollywood waves hairstyle I told them it was for a photo shoot I was going to have outdoors, I expressed how my hair it’s frizzy, they assured me that they have really good products that they can use to make sure the hair holds even if it’s outside I payed $99 for a custom hair look. I sent them photos of how I wanted my hair. The stylist Darian said she had experience doing this hair style however this look did not last me not even an hour. By the time I went home and changed, my waves had fallen my pictures looked like I have undone hair !! I called the salon explain to them what happened I waited to speak to the Manager , the manager stated that she cannot refund she can only offer a free deep condition which is insulting to me because i payed $99 for this “custom look” which did not even last for pictures. I don’t need a deep conditioning I need my money back. I have to have my photos retaken and pay my photographer extra, because I don’t want to stare at my fallen curls for the rest of my life. This was unacceptable for them to not return my money when I clearly showed them photos of how my hair looked. It is very unprofessional to say that you are able to do a service on someone and not refund for the bad job your stylist did. Please don’t come to this location if you are looking for a professional hairstyle for special events!! They are not worth your time and money!!

Wonderful experience! Very relaxing atmosphere, stylists are talented, professional, and extremely friendly. Jojo is human sunshine. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Jojo does an amazing job with my hair. She is very fun to be with and is such a caring soul. Love her! Love this place. I've used several other stylists and they are all very good. There is always such a positive vibe and good energy at the Sugar Land location....💕💕💕

Nikki is awesome, she gave a fantastic blow out for my hair, just the way I want, big curls. I feel very satisfied the way my hair looks like. I will surely come back so Nikki can do the treatment for my colored hair. She deserved a good tip.❤️
