Blo Blow Dry Bar

I am very disappointed with my granddaughters hair. The told my daughter they could do curly hair. The stylist was adamant and assured my daughter that she knew what she was doing and could do the job. They DID NOT complete her hair and sent her out stating that her time was up and had to have another appointment to finish but his was on top of charging my daughter 120.00 for that unfinished work. Further, the 20.00 was for a tip that was not authorized, stating it was a required amount for tip, requesting, "do you wish to leave a tip?" My daughter clearly stated that she was not leaving a tip for a unfinished service. I have tried to speak with the manager several times and they said that the manager would call me back. I even requested the owners info, which I was told they could not give me that info. Below are a few picture of what her hair looked like when they sent her out. In the 1st photo, they attempted to blow out the small portion in the back. The top and front portion was worse than when she went in. It was detailed when she went in. Before washing my daughter tried to offer a better way to wash (wash it in portions). The stylist again assured my daughter that she knew what she was doing. Why in HELL would you send a customer out looking like they did. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. Take a look. I will continue to follow up until her money is returned.

Love the concept of Blow Dry Bar, but experience can vary from 5 stars (most stylist) to 3 stars (occasional stylist). I try to rebook w those I like but not always an option. Still, the convenience is awesome 4 stars overall.

Quick and hair feels refreshed! Love a good blowout that is then not weighed down with product, much appreciated. Will be back!
