Blo Blow Dry Bar

Deborah did my blow out and a other amazing woman with gorgeous skin and make up did my eye browse and they both executed perfectly and professionally. They were welcoming, made great conversation and exceeding all my expectations when it came to the service. My blow out is perfect, completed quickly and my hair feels so soft and healthy, thanks to the great products used. This was also the least painful and most precise eyebrows since they use a special wax and not those lined papers that always hurt. Thank you so much for everything! I can't wait to come back

Came to Blo to do my usual traveling blow out and had Ash. She is lovely. Talented as well as patient, she will make sure that you have a beverage and she is also clear about the style you want before starting services. If you know me you know I have thick long hair and it has a mind of its own. She handled it like my regular stylist! The salon is very clean. It gets busy here so book early.

I was at the Blo Orlando location last week (10/31) getting my hair done for my civil wedding. Unfortunately, the pins used in my hair caused me to have an allergic reaction. I called on (11/3) to let the team know what happened and how could the situation could be rectified. I was told that I would receive a call from the owner within 2 business days. I had to call today, (11/9) because nobody ever called me back. Ashley, the store manager said that "they could not be held responsible for my allergic reaction and that there was nothing she could do to fix the situation." I was never asked about any allergies that I may have because if I was, I would've been very forthcoming about the fact that I have a nickel allergy as this is very common. I also would've opted for bobby pins had I been given the choice, and I even told my stylist that I would be sleeping in pins overnight since my wedding was on (11/1). Additionally, I did not feel the need to disclose my allergy as the pins used in my hair were painted to look like stainless steel, little did I know that these were actually fake and made of nickel. It’s not my responsibility to supervise what a business buys for their services and check the authenticity of the items as they come in, I’m not an employee I’m a customer. I'm very upset as this ruined my wedding week, I am a Blo member and have recommended others to this location. I’m happy to take down the review once the situation has been fixed.

The first time I went to Blo Bar, they did a great job. However, it seems like the quality of their blow outs diminishes with each respective visit I pay them. My mother had an appointment with them this weekend, and her hair came out looking like this (this picture was taken less than 5 minutes after her appointment). Not to mention her stylist telling her repeatedly her shift was ending and that she had to leave. Disappointed and won't be returning.

Cristal was absolutely amazing! My first time trying a blo dry bar and she did my hair exactly how I wanted. My hair feels so clean and styled perfectly ! She’s definitely gained herself a new loyal client. Thankyou Cristal!
