Blo Blow Dry Bar

Kelly did a great job on my hair and make up! I got so many compliments. She really reflected what I requested. She's amazing and I would definitely go back to her. Thank you for your help for an event that was so important to me.

I originally booked wash with customized style, I arrived with day old curls and asked for a half up, half down voluminous teased style. The stylist told me a side swept style would look better with my dress and for my holiday party event, to which I was open to and agreed. All she did was re-curl my hair, hairspray and texturizing spray, and placed the clip that I brought. No teasing, no Bobby pins, no hair ties. The clip she placed fell before I even got back to my hotel. So basically, I was just left with curls. Which I already could do myself. Zero skill required or provided. The staff was friendly and place was clean. Maybe a full wash and style would have been more what I was looking for as I originally requested.

The service was efficient and my hair turned out great. She did exactly what I wanted and checked in with me along the way to make sure she did what I was looking for. I believe the gal who did my hair was Jenna.

I had a blow dry today with Jenna and it was a horrible experience. First, while she was washing my hair, her nails are so long that, she wasn’t able to scrub my scalp with shampoo. When it came time to blow dry my hair she didn’t even put a brush through my hair. She used her hands to blow my hair dry. When she finished blowing my hair she flat iron it, wherein she burned my ear. My hair has fly aways and the ends look burnt. I don’t feel I should have paid for such shoddy service.

The stylist had no idea what she was doing. My hair looked so bad I could have done it better. I left with bumps in the back of my hair because she did not blow out my curls properly. I will never come again. I was extremely upset and glad I cancelled my membership! She didn’t even scrub my hair when washing it. After the blowdry, she had to straighten the curly parts because the blowout was horrible.
