Such an amazing salon! Albina took great care of me and my hair. I do not in any ways have easy to manage hair (thick, wavy, and unevenly layered), but she managed to give me a wonderful hairstyle and relaxing experience. Very reasonable price for a service this good as well.

I've been going to the Greenville location for about 4 years. It struggled at first with ownership and keeping reliable and good stylist. It was closed for awhile and reopened about a year ago. What a noticeable difference! New ownership and great stylist that have remained with the new owners. Jordan and Alexis are amazing. If Jordan isn't a lead team member or manager, she should be. Great personality and attitude every single time. Does't frazzle in challenging situations and is an amazing stylist.

I went in for a blow out. I booked online and paid for the standard $45 blow out. Upon checking out she told me I was charged and extra $20 because I had long hair and it took longer. I’ve been here before and never had that happen until this new owner. I asked for the manager or owner to call me and they said he would. He didn’t. This is just bad business. If you’re going to try and charge someone that much more you need to be upfront about it beforehand.
