My first experience was “eh.” First of all, the amount they charge for a wash, blowout, and head massage, is way too much. The “head massage” I paid for was not soothing, quite uncomfortable, and not worth the money. I also got charged additionally (which it does state in the prices) because drying and styling my hair took longer, but I shouldn’t be charged for an additional 15 minutes because the “bloer” was so slow and taking her sweet tome blowing out my hair. Plus, my hair didn’t feel good at all, felt heavy. In all, I spent about $90, including tip. Sad thing is, she curled my hair and the curls were already falling out. I wanted to try this place since it’s come-and-go service and my hair stylist wasn’t available at the time, so I gave it a shot. Sadly, this will be my first and last time coming to this overpriced place.
