Blevins Gap Nature Preserve

Great trails that are non technical and easy to tackle by most people. Decent amount of parking but can get crowded on busy weekends. Nice views from the overlook. If doing some of the loops you are looking at about 4 miles total. Recommend some water and comfy shoes for that. Dogs are permitted and the trails are ok for kids at least the shorter trails but the tiny ones might tire out getting up some of the steeper parts to the overlook.

Nice hike and great views! Dog friendly! Plenty of parking. You can payment for parking is volunteer based. 1 portable toilet in the premises. Some benches to sit and a nice garden in works

Plenty parking spaces. Nice view of Huntsville. Lots of caution signs warning you about step drop offs. Yet groups off teens don't seem to care and wander to close.

We went to visit my wife’s aunt in Huntsville and we made a pit stop here so that we could see this amazing view. There is a hiking trail and parking if you would like to spend the day hiking, but we did not get a chance to check it out. Great spot to take pictures. I bet it’s really beautiful at night. If you like nature and outdoors, you should definitely come here.

I would rate this questionable for limited mobile individuals. The top is flat. The paths wide. But there is an incline and rocks/roots. Generous shade with areas of generous sun. My path was Center. Many paths are there.
