They did a fantastic job on my wife’s rig. It took less time than expected and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle to drive! 10/10

I'll start with the good and give credit where it is due. They did an excellent job on the body work. Yet here is the bad. We left the vehicle with them and they had it for 2 weeks and several days. They must have left the button pushed to leave power on and ran my batteries dead. This has 2 batteries as we have the auto start stop system. Vehicle was showing the light on the dash as soon as I left and I called them. We took a trip back to the shop and they hooked it up to obd2 and pretty well said it was fine. Told me the battery was dead from day one and they've been charging it. We have never had any problem with the batteries or charging system. This is new to us but they are denying responsibility and laying it on us. Then told us they read about it online at the jeep forum and perhaps it's a recall. I should file it on warranty. I shouldn't have to do that but seeing that they wouldn't own up to thier fault I did call red river about my warranty as I purchased 150k extended. The battery is only warranted for 36,000 miles yet here I am at 48k. So, this story ends with me going to oriellys and purchasing 2 new batteries as I took them both in to be checked. It was not cheap and it should have not been my responsibility. So, here I am with hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to repair damage that thier shop caused to my vehicle. For this reason I'll never use this business again. They did not give 2 chits about us having to fix what they were responsible for. It's pathetic...mediocre at best.

Would have easily given them a 5+ but sings how my car was an insurance claim of over $5000 in repairs and they left a 5 inch scratch on my bumper that was not repaired completely. And I drove an hour and a half to take my car to the shop so I’m a little disappointed.

Friendly and courteous staff. They had the work completed in half the time and my car was super clean when I picked it up. 100% would recommend.
