They were so kind about me trying to get my dad some birkenstocks and when they didn't fit him he just got Teva shoe. They were so kind that they gave me a mini tune up coupon. This was probably the best customer experience I have ever had in my life

Wonderful experience. My wife is a high functioning Asberger personality. Not many people know it to look at her but after talking to her for a few minutes it's apparent she thinks differently. That being said I appreciate the patience and absolute wonderful customer service she was given. She was listened to and helped as best as she could be. Although we weren't able to find shoes for her she had a wonderful time meeting new people and talking shoes! I thank you for making her experience pleasant and memorable!! We will certainly recommend both the Paradise and Chico locations to people. Customer service does still exist!!! Have a wonderful rest of your week ❤️

This is a great family run business that pays attention to your personal needs! My wife was looking for new Birkenstocks and found exactly what she wanted. The customer service is fantastic!

Fantastic experience today at this shop. Greated immediately upon entering and we were looking for sandals. Have not had Birks since the early 90's. They let us try on multiple pairs and walk around. Zero hard sell. Super friendly. Left with two pair and some socks. My feer thank you.

Wish I could leave a good review but I went in to exchange some berkies I was give as a gift and let’s just say I will not be returning after the hassle it was. I was spoken to rudely, they had barely any sizes or styles and threw the box my direction when I said no to a bag. It was an odd experience to say the least. I can buy my Birkenstocks at numerous other locations online and store front so they lost a regular Birkenstock wearer for their rude and awkward games.
