No one helped us at all. Not only us but multiple others there. I tried on about 6 displays and so did my friend. Two girls just chatting it up and one guy that looked lost as hell. Not even a simple hi

Relatively small store. Customer service is great. Hopefully you can find parking around the back. The area is crazy on weekends, especially during the summer. Great area though - close to several restaurants and cafes.

On two occasions walked in wanting to try some Blundstones, hung around for about 5-10 mins each time and was never approached or acknowledged by staff. Won’t go back.

Very bad service at this store. I went in to purchase Sandals and walking shoes on 3/23 1:30 pm and 2 employees were there. No one asked if I needed help and no greeting was given to us. The employees greeted the couple after us. But didn’t say a word to me. Made me feel very uncomfortable After walking around the whole store. Still no one greeted us or asked if we needed any help.

Purchased a pair of $90 sandals at this store. After bringing them home and wearing them for 10 minutes, blisters formed so I stopped wearing them. I brought the sandals back to this store the next week to exchange them or get a refund but they wouldn’t do either because I had worn them outside.
