The store is compact but it’s jammed with so many options! I’ve never seen that many Birks in the one place before, it was so exciting! I pickup a pair of the Arizona in Taupe Suede which have been so hard to find lately! Love them. Efficient staff with quick service. Street parking is available but can be difficult to find.

Wonderful store, great service! The sales representative Elizabeth was so patient and took such great care of me. I keep coming back to this store for all my footwear needs. besides Birkenstock shoes, sandals and Dansko clogs, they have a collection of comfort ankle high boots.

Over a year ago I bought my first ever pair of Birkenstock's from this store. I came in looking for kitchen shoes, and was given a few options. The lady who helped me (sorry I can't recall her name), was extremely helpful and knew her stuff. She measured my foot and came back with a few different styles. After trying on a few pair I decided on a style and fitted with the proper size. After the purchase the sales lady explained the "breaking in" process & what to expect, as well as caring and cleaning my shoes. CURRENTLY- I'm so glad I came to this store and bought the shoes. These have been the most comfortable shoes i've worn in the kitchen in the 25+ years i've been a pastry chef. Im about due for another pair, plus I'll be looking at some other styles to wear outside the kitchen when I return. 6-2022 - Returned to this store to buy a pair of casual shoes, Bend Low, before my trip to Las Vegas. The sales person who helped me fitted me with the right shoe size and just like that I was done. Wore these shoes for the 3 days I was in Vegas and they are soooooo comfortable. With all the walking that was done my feet never hurt or had any issues. Thank you again Birkenstock!!!

I came in to order a pair of shoes that weren’t in stock a couple of weeks ago. The guy wrote my name and phone number down on a random sheet of paper and said he’d call when they were in. After a week, I never heard, so I called. They were delivered to a different store. They’ll be in Saturday, or Monday at the latest. Monday comes, no call. I go in today and wait for 20 minutes because there is a sign on the door saying they’re out of office. When she returns, there are still no shoes because they are still at the other store. Forget it. It doesn’t even feel good to buy them somewhere else after this. It shouldn’t be this difficult to buy a $130 pair of shoes.
