Update: got a call from Christy at the Glendale location. She’s awesome, totally made things right and then some! Go see her for your shoe needs!!! Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.

I appreciated the great customer service at the time of purchase. I also received my specially ordered items promptly as promised. I then received multiple follow-up calls to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Allie was wonderful!

Never order from this store for an item to be shipped! We ordered a pair of sandals for my husband that was deployed to be sent to him overseas, paid in store and he NEVER received the sandals and now we’re out $135! I was sent a fraudulent tracking number from the vendor of this store his name is Scott.. they never made it right. I would never shop at this third party store ever again and I suggest if you are a soldier definitely don’t shop here if they don’t have them in stock! You will NOT receive your merchandise!

I was visiting St. Louis when someone decided they liked my 20+ year old Bostons more than me. I called, and asked if my size was in stock. The nice woman told me they have them, then she proceeded to tell me the store hours, and she was setting them aside for me. I showed up, and bought the new Bostons. Wonderful experience I will only buy birks when I'm in St. Louis, and experience the great customer service I've received here. Thank you for a painless purchase.

I went to Birkenstock & More to buy my son his first pair of Birkenstocks. They had many many beautiful & unique women’s styles in all kinds of colors in styles. Additionally, they had quite a few options for men in both sandals & closed toed shoes. Colleen the store manager was incredibly helpful in finding the exact right sizing for my son. She even offered to mail us a pair if we didn’t find what we needed in stock. Luckily they had his right size & preferred style. I highly recommend!!
