Big O Tires

We had a pinch flat right nearby and had to pick up our children at school literally 40 minutes later, and they were able to first check to see if it was repairable. It was not because I drove it to far being flat and messed up the inside structure. They were able to get a new tire on and immediately, and the price was very competitive. Will be coming back for any tire needs.

Nick took good care of me and my wife's car, had some work done a couple weeks ago, wife's ask.me to drive and it was doing somewhat the same thing called up I was calm, nice and friendly. Ask him could he take it for a ride and I explained that it driving the .He said let look at it dropit off. It was different and he told me what might have happened and repaired it no charge and rides Grest. Awesome job!

I've been using this shop for 10 years. They are usually easy to get an appointment, work quickly while you wait, give you an estimate up front, and keep you apprised of progress. I make appointments on their website. There are usually deals for tires, brakes and shocks. Use their credit card to save money as well.

They are so kind and always get me in when I need an oil change. Love that I can come and get work done while I wait.

Wife stopped off to have her tire looked at on her Sahara Jeep. Stated it was shaking at highway speeds. Counter person told her that is how Jeeps drive and even brought in another counter person into the conversation. When she got home, I looked at the tires and found the front passenger had lost 5 out of 6 weights on the rim. If you are a female and walk into this shop, expect to be treated poorly for inconveniencing the employees and treated with sexism. She has had this jeep for 15 months and drives it everyday, She is the expert on how it drives...not the lazy guy working the counter. This was mid day on a Saturday, not 10 minutes before close. Gross incompetence towards treating women.
