Big O Tires

We had a flat tire on our way from Omaha to Denver for a wedding. Went to Walmart as soon as they opened and waited for two hours to get it patched, and finally gave up and went down the street to Big O. Benny got us in immediately and fixed it within minutes. Literally saved our trip, as we were going to miss the wedding. Can’t thank them enough and will be sending all our family in the area there!!

Out on the road and needed 2 trailer tires. Called ahead and Josh looked up the inventory and made sure they had what we needed. Got to the store, waited 2 minutes, paid for the tires 2 min, they pulled the tires and told us 20min. They were done in 15min. 2 tires and back on the road on a jam packed Saturday. Customer service done right! Thanks Josh! Thank you Big O! If you live in Kearney and you’re not buying your tires here then you are crazy.

Had a sort of emergency, was traveling for Christmas Saturday, called and talk to Josh he got us in for tires early morning, said he would have us on road by 9am but made it by 8am, great place to get tires and gave us good price also!!!!! Oh we tried Walmart, they wouldn't even answer phone in tire dept.

Made an appointment for Wednesday at 4 pm showed up at 350 pm and at 450 after realizing i wasnt going to get in for the day rescheduled for friday 7am. Purchased 2 tires Mounted and balanced, waive roadside assistance due to financial needs. 215 miles later had a inside zipper seam rip, Big O did nothing "bring it in we will replace it" requested a refund because my hired roadside assistance brought me one they will not refund thier faulty product. Do not go here bunch of crooks. Sold me a defective tire and won't stand by product quality zero starts if I could.

I called and made an appointment the day before, for an oil change and alignment. My appointment was set for 1pm in which customer service was not friendly or welcoming. I left my car there while working and did not receive a call back until 3:46pm. I had missed the call and called back within 15 minutes to be told they would call me back regarding my car and (not once did they mention anything about trying to get ahold of me or my car being ready). I did not receive a call back until 5:18pm when I was already walking in the building. I picked up my car at 5:18pm in which Ben continued to state “my car had been done for hours” and he supposedly “tried calling me but the phone rang mixed signals” and then had the audacity to ask me to edit my review I had submitted and pulled up on his phone but not ONCE did I get an apology or anything from him. If my car was ready for hours: why did no one mention that when I returned the call at 4pm?? Instead I was told “I will give you a call back about your car” never returning to this location, I’d rather drive to Grand Island and get the right customer service and timely service from Justin who actually knows how to work with customers.
