Big O Tires

These guys saved my life and my families lives!!! Had a mechanic do some work and they pointed out all the bolts loose and other parts that weren't done correctly!! We could have died! Kyle was super helpful and honest and caring! Branden was super professional and did a complete and thorough inspection!! He made sure my truck was 100% safe!! I highly recommend this crew!!!! Hands down top notch!!! They cared for our safety!!! Don't think twice....go here!!!!

I came in to get a huge nail removed from my tire. It was finished fast and I was treated fantastic by everyone... especially Michael and Dustin. I am a previous customer and will definitely remain a customer in the future. Thanks Big O.

A note to recognize the outstanding customer service provided today at the Powers/Omaha Location today. Manager Tammy and front office manager Ryan were extremely responsive during inclement weather and were able to get me back on the road in under an hour. I am extremely satisfied with the outstanding service and I will return for my next set of tires based on their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the Powers Rd Big O location!

Ralph was awesome! He got me a whole new set of tires for cheap and he was honest which is hard to come by nowadays! Ok I came back to edit this review because Ralph really went above and beyond. He gave me an awesome discount and on top of all of his help(despite me coming in last minute) and I’ll definitely be coming back if for nothing else, to get his awesome service again!
