Edit*suspension passed no problem at next inspection station, was told recommended repairs were just dishonest business tactics* The staff was helpful and friendly at first. Took them an hour and a half to perform a simple inspection and then they told me I needed repairs of over twice what I paid for the vehicle. There's nothing wrong with the suspension, just passed inspection prior to sale and needed another inspection to title it in my name, yet they tell me it all needs replaced to pass. I understand trying to earn business by reasonably recommending repairs but nearly 2 grand on a 12 dollar inspection? I won't return after the staff laughed amongst themselves when I mentioned I'll have to pay another 12 dollars somewhere else just to pass inspection. Joke is on them making 8 bucks an hour to perform an inspection. Customers repairing tires seemed to have no problem and were taken care of in a timely fashion. Maybe they provide quality service on tires but I would not recommend taking a vehicle to their business to be inspected if you value your own time or your vehicle is over 10 years old.

Customer supplied front brakes and rotors replaced, added a new pair of shocks and a wheel alignment paid $750.00. Had they installed the rear customer supplied brakes and rotors it would have cost around $990.00. 😳 The brakes, rotors came new in the box from Detroit Axle with the oil, brake dressing and all necessary supplies, however in the labor invoice was a hefty charge for (miscellaneous shop supplies) I wonder if those shiny new $300.00 shocks they installed were 22 carat or 24 carat? No apologies or rebuttals from the owners shall be necessary in all fairness the service was fast, friendly and professional just like the kind you would expect when attending a 90 minute timeshare presentation. (minus the soda and snacks to loosen up your wallet) In the end, It is my hope that this honest review should encourage any average person to be sure to shop around before heading to the "BIG O BOX" chain stores for vehicle repairs.

Took vehicle to Big O' Tire in Warrensburg, Missouri for a front end alinemen in the beginning July. As I was driving home the steering wheel was not straight, and it was pulling hard to the right. I called and the tec said they couldn't adjust the caster or camber beacuse they didn't have the bolts. They said they would order the bolts and call me. They never did. I called twice got an appointment and they confirmed they had the parts. I took the vehicle up there and no one touched it for five hours! So, I just took my vehicle home. How can customer satisfaction and safety be they're number one priority?

I took my mustang in for an oil change today. It took over an hour to get in, when I got my car back my floor Matt was filthy. Door handle, shift knob, hand break and anything else that was touched in the vehicle was covered in oil and grease. I let them know and they did not even offer to come clean it. Very disappointing I’m such a well talked about buisness.

I might say 4, but looking at all the hateful reviews I'm going to say 5. They've made mistakes. Human like I. Can't help everyone that failed to plan, but they try and for they I commend them. It been offered rides and other help when things went awry. But quality is great. I drive an Audi A-6, and they are one of 3 places I'll go to. I've seen the way the angry reviewers treat these guys and it's too bad they can't review the customers Reality is that auto repairs aren't all created equal. I can't say enough about the help from Curtis and the rest of the team here. Keep it up guys
