Big O Tires

Awesome customer service. Was able to work my car in a timely manner, last minute. Friendly staff. No pressure for services I didn't need.

The gentlemen at Big O did a wonderful job installing my new tires. They walked me through what another mechanic made seem like very large issues. They physically took me under my car and showed me the different parts of my car what the other mechanic was referring to, and advised that I would still be good to go for a while, but to keep an eye on it for the future. They didn't try and sell me anything unnecessary and treated me like I was one of their mothers walking into the shop. Highly recommend for great service! I even got a little taken off of the price of my set of tires. Score!

The staff at the Blaine-University location are always very welcoming and friendly along with making sure they’re customers (which includes myself obviously) are taken care of. They are always very upfront and honest about any issues that are found with my car. This is refreshing since I’ve had bad experiences with getting work done that may not have been necessary with other shops trying to make a quick buck!

About 6 months ago I had a not so good experience at the Blaine store. Today, February 1st, I needed a tire in an emergency and the crew at big o tires of Blaine came through with flying colors. Heather was fantastic, very friendly and an amazing employee. She explained everything from top to bottom. I cannot say enough great things about my awesome recent experience except that I will go no where else for tires or vehicle service. Thank you Heather you have gained a customer. Awesome job and I really appreciate the the job well done.

Took my car to Blaine Big O Tires for new pads and to have my rotors checked and replaced if need be. They did the pads super fast, and told me my rotors we're fine, so the fact they didn't try to sell me parts I thought I needed and they assured me I didn't is huge. They also went beyond my reason for being there and found a wheel bearing that was loose, and called me to let me know. Great service, staff is easy to talk to and supports veterans! I'll be using this tire shop from now on. Thank you!
