Big O Tires

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Big O Tires to have my tires replaced, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the staff at Big O Tires displayed exceptional professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. Upon entering the shop, I was promptly greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff members who were eager to assist me. They carefully listened to my needs and guided me through the various tire options available, explaining the features and benefits of each to ensure that I made an informed decision. What impressed me most was the patience and attentiveness demonstrated by the team at Big O Tires. They took the time to answer all of my questions, alleviating any concerns I had and providing comprehensive explanations about the tire replacement process.

If you are on the road and need automotive repairs and are in Las Vegas New Mexico I highly recommend Big O Tire. Paul the service manager is professional, friendly and efficient. I was so surprised because you never know what to expect when your traveling and need auto repairs. Paul and the team at Big O Tire in Las Vegas New Mexico are Fantastic! We broke down in the early hours Monday July 17 and had to get towed to a repair shop. We picked Big O Tires bcz they are nation wide and guarantee all their work. I made a on line appointment for the first available slot 11am. Paul the manager said he was short staffed booked for the whole day and was not sure he could get to us, at the least he said he would try to diagnose the problem which I thought was a right front wheel bearing, which is what it was. Paul was able to expertly and professionally manage his technicians so that he could fit us into the schedule. We got a hotel room thinking we would have to spend the night. Paul got our vehicle repaired well before the end of business the same day. And at a very reasonable price!

Paul took great care of us. We are traveling in our motorhome and towing our car. Our brakes were shot when we disconnected. It was Labor Day weekend and mechanics were all closed. We were able to make an appointment online for Tuesday when Big O opened. We were staying at the Elks and were not comfortable there. We left our car in the parking lot of the store and drove our motorhome to the KOA tens miles away. Paul managed to get the parts ordered for our brakes on Tuesday and had our car ready on Wednesday. They were very busy and we were thrilled at the fast service. I highly recommend this place.

Attempted to book an appointment online, and was emailed a notification of a timing conflict and an agent would be in contact. No one phoned, I then called the company directly and was told "I called you, and no one answered." But if the agent had called, why didn't she leave a message? Anyhow I then booked an appointment for a week out, for ONE tire and an alignment. Once there I was told it was the company policy to sell me four tires for all AWD vehicles. Now I had informed the agent when I booked the appointment of my vehicles make and model. Why wouldn't the policy information be shared when the appointment was booked, and to boot they didn't have my vehicles tires in stock anyhow. The counter staff was unfriendly, however the garage staff was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. As a college student I'm living on a budget, and clearly this company would prefer to not to have any of my business since I could not afford to buy the un-stocked full set of tires.
